How self-pay works
What to expect before your first visit.
- Confirm fit and location. We verify age, where the patient will be located during telehealth, service needs, and availability.
- Receive written information. Before care is scheduled, you receive the relevant fee, cancellation policy, and a Good Faith Estimate when required or requested.
- Complete secure intake. Health information, consents, and payment are handled through a secure patient process, never a general website form.
- Pay directly to the practice. Payment timing and accepted methods are explained before your visit.

Can I seek reimbursement?
You may ask your insurer whether it offers out-of-network reimbursement. BloomHart does not promise reimbursement, coverage, or payment by any plan. If the practice provides a receipt or superbill, it is for you to submit directly to your insurer.
