Care philosophy

A person is more than the hardest thing they are carrying.

At BloomHart, care begins with the belief that a person is more than the hardest thing they are carrying. Christaina combines careful psychiatric assessment with a steady, collaborative approach—making space to understand symptoms, lived experience, relationships, responsibilities, and goals.

Her role is not to rush patients toward a label or a one-size-fits-all answer. It is to listen closely, offer clear and evidence-informed options, and partner with each person in building a plan that is clinically appropriate, understandable, and grounded in the life they want to live.

Why BloomHart Health was founded

Clinical rigor and human connection belong together.

Christaina founded BloomHart Health to create the kind of psychiatric practice where patients feel genuinely cared for—not processed, reduced to a diagnosis, or treated as a task to complete. She envisioned a place where clinical rigor and human connection belong together: where people can bring what is difficult, be met with respect and curiosity, and leave with greater clarity about their next step.

BloomHart exists to help patients move beyond simply managing symptoms toward care that supports growth, steadiness, and a fuller life.
