For telehealth, the patient must be physically located in a state where the provider is authorized and BloomHart Health is available at the time of the visit.
Initial availability
BloomHart Health is accepting patients located in Iowa and Maryland.
Appointment capacity and clinical fit are confirmed before scheduling. Availability may expand as the practice grows.
Before every visit
Location is part of safe telehealth.
Patients should share their physical location through the secure patient process before care begins and at each telehealth appointment. Do not send location or health details through a general website form.
